Coaching allows to step up from a current sutuation to the desired situation, thanks to personal development techniques (questions, tests, exercises) - which are partly derived from psychology- so that the client can be fully aware of his/her situation and find out, with the help of the coach, the best options and internal resources/skills that will allow him to reach his/her objective.
